Terms & Conditions

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience with Yadukul Cab Service.
Transparency and clarity are the cornerstones of our commitment to you.

Air Conditioning Usage

The car's air conditioner will not operate on hilly routes or when the vehicle is stationary.

Toll, State Tax, and Levies

For one-way journeys, toll taxes, state taxes, or other levies are covered. No need to pay these to the driver.

Parking Charges

Parking charges are not included and must be paid directly to the driver during the trip.

Driver Waiting Time

The driver will wait for 45 minutes at the pickup location. After this, the booking will be canceled with no refund. Waiting charges of ₹2 per minute will apply after the first 45 minutes and must be paid directly to the driver.

Payment Policy

In case of partial payment, the balance amount must be paid in full at the time of pickup.

Toll and State Duty Invoices

You must collect invoices for toll duty, state taxes, night charges, or additional kilometers paid directly to the driver. Yadukul Cab Service is not liable to provide these invoices.

Taxi Type & Luggage Capacity

The booking will be for a SUV or Sedan type taxi specific models are not guaranteed. Luggage allowance: Up to 2 bags in Sedan and 3 bags in SUV.

Fuel Type Commitment

We do not commit to any specific fuel type (Petrol, Diesel, or CNG).

Delay Policy

In case of traffic or unforeseen reasons, the pickup time may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.

Driver Details

Driver details will be shared 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

Grievances

Any grievances or claims regarding the trip must be reported to Yadukul Cab Service within 24 hours of the trip completion.
