We understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy ensures clarity and fairness for every customer.
Read below to know the details.

You can cancel your booking anytime before the scheduled date and pickup time. To cancel, you can:

  • If the booking is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup date and time, no refund will be provided.
  • The entire booking amount or advance payment will be treated as Cancellation Charges.
    • If the booking is canceled before 24 hours of the scheduled pickup date and time, the full advance payment will be refunded.
    • Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request.
      • If your driver takes too long to reach the pickup point and you cancel as a result, cancellation charges will be waived.
      • The advance amount will be credited to your Yadukul Cab Service Credits for future bookings across India.
        • If you are not present at the pickup location and the driver is unable to contact you on your registered phone number:
          • The driver will wait for a grace period of 45 minutes.
          • After this period, the booking will be treated as canceled with no refund applicable
  • Any rescheduling of pickup time is subject to vehicle availability.
